Installation Details:

The installation involved carefully placing modular expansion joints weighing 63 tons. We utilized a mobile crane with a remarkable lifting capacity of 400 tons to accomplish this task.

Welding Operations:

Once the placement was complete, a cover plate was placed, followed by the commencement of welding operations. Our company used 2.5 tons of welding wire during these works.

Securing Process:

To secure the joint and coating plate, we employed a joining process that utilized bolts, ensuring their sturdy attachment to the bridge deck.
